- Shortly after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.
- Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.
- Read the instructions , T & C on the ticket
- Present it at the venue for scanning.
- Once scanned, you can enter the venue
Madame Tussauds Singapore Important Information
- Please carry a valid ID/ Passport along with you
- If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
- Adult tickets will be entitled to 1 Digipass (Digital Photo souvenir)
- Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
- Last show for Marvel Universe 4D is at 6:45 PM and VR last redemption is until 6 pm.
